24 Week Scan
Went for the 24 week scan last Friday. I thought I would share some pictures.....
This one you can see the blood in the left & right heart chambers (the blood is the "graphic" kind of looking blobs, labelled with RV & LV (Right and left ventricle?):
This is of the "u-bend" where the aeorta joins the heart:
You can see how thick the placenta is:
Part of the face and the lens of the eye:
One of the leg's:
You can see the blood (the graphic looking bit again) flowing from the aeorta in the centre to the kidneys and to the legs as well I think:
When the doctor wanted to look at the lips & nose the baby hid behind an arm!
